Post-Construction: While not required before construction begins, it is a critical statutory requirement at the project’s close. It is illegal to inhabit, lease, or utilize a building without a Certificate of Occupation.
Issuance: Granted by the County Government after a final site inspection confirms that the completed structure strictly matches the approved architectural and structural plans and is safe for habitation
